Med-Q is a UK-based medical technology start-up that has developed a platform that transfers and simplifies medical research, analysis and patient surveys.
Med-Q allows healthcare professionals to switch from written medical assessments to digital and remote patient monitoring. This transition is based on deep user analysis, best UX practices and empathy for the main platform users - the doctor and the patient.

During the project, we focused on two main issues: the UX/UI design of the platform and the extension of existing branding. As a result, we have not only turned the innovative idea of the medical sector into an accessible solution, but we have also helped the start-up to position itself properly in a complex and large market.
The complex process, a difficult user journey, sensitive data and analytics were the main challenges we had to overcome when designing the platform. Ease of use, clarity of processes and conveying a sense of security through interface design were our main objectives.

A startup with minimal branding must be tilted in the right direction. At the beginning of the project, we sought to establish essential stylistic guidelines, document the design system, its elements and their possible variations.
Our work is our passion. We often like to look at each project through the prism of interesting facts and figures.
