The largest retail and ecommerce chain of specialized liquor stores "Vynoteka" was the first in Lithuania to open up the world of wine into the market. On this journey, both the brand and the business itself have transformed from a corner wine shop to an ecommerce wine mecca.
Both complex legal framework and structured sale process posed challenges and problems for UX/UI project. However, during our design process, thoughtful and bold design solutions were made.

The wireframing stage was crucial due to the diverse and regulated process of alcoholic beverages sales. After extensive wireframing, we helped the client to discover their new brand identity in the digital medium. As the final result, we delivered a new Vynoteka website design and all UX/UI solutions that would allow the platform to provide a better user experience than ever before.
Customer journey, tone clarity, and information architecture are the priorities that must be taken into account when creating an experience in a regulated environment such as alcoholic drinks market. We adhered to the set goals to easily acquaint customers with the shopping process and help them quickly find what is most relevant.
