A modern online store for beauty and health products, focusing on both B2C and B2B segments.
Together with the Herba team, our strategic goal was to develop an eCommerce platform that facilitates B2B users and businesses in ordering beauty and health products. Our initial step involved analyzing the existing website to identify key areas of improvement, with a special focus on personalization and ease of use for our B2B clientele. As a result, different user segments now have their own profiles and tailored environments for retail or wholesale ordering.
