With the increasing demand for online grocery ordering, Barbora has rapidly expanded its capacity and team in both logistic centers and administration. This has created a need to reach potential employees online and position themselves as one of the largest and most trusted employers in Lithuania.
Together with Barbora's human resources and design teams, we have set a direction - a new and different employer image, which would allow to communicate the desired values as well as company culture. We helped to implement this in the design prototype and took the project further with full development of their new website.
